This is one of the few times I have not let the food quality be the limiting factor in a restaurant review. The Hibachi was at best average and all the food we had was decidedly bland and lacked seasoning. It was OK, but at a place specializing in Hibachi and Sushi I expect better. One of the things that took me by surprise was how bland and mushy their fried rice was, again decent but not what I expect.

The place is new, so they’re currently facing pretty substantial wait times along with managing new operations. I’d say in a few months, with some much needed time to adjust and grow to the demand this place could do well. Will try again in a few months and leave a more constructive review once they’re not dealing with the rush...
