Typical Prichard service. When we placed our order, the cashier asked what we wanted to drink. And she was like before you say anything, you can't order a lemonade or this or that drink. So I was like okay I want two Sprites and a Pepsi. And she was like you can't have a pepsi will a coke do. Like why have the option on the menu if I can not order it!The service is extremely slow. We were waiting for 40 minutes and when we finally got to the window she told us to pull up. Then she never gave me a receipt. So, when she finally gave me my food 15 mins later, I had to ask for a receipt. And she says to me I have to go back inside to get the receipt it's not in the bag. And when she walked away she mumbled under her breath that I should have asked for the receipt before I left the window. But first off she is supposed to give me the receipt anyways because I paid. I don't know why people act like the receipt is an option!Just put it in the bag or hand it to the customer!! It's not hard!! They act like they have to hand write the receipt or something. Read moreAbsolutely awful. I will never go back and go out of my way to make sure no one I know ever goes to this ghetto trash establishment. I brought my family in and stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting to be acknowledged while one employee sat at a table talking to get friends. The other employee who was working the from register kept looking past us and avoiding us by continuing to stare at the back until a black man came in and stood in line behind us. Then she asked, "what y'all want? " I politely and quickly gave her our simple order consisting of only three items with no modifications. She walked off without even ringing up the order. She went to the back and talked to a co worker. She returned to the counter and asked for our order again at which point my husband became frustrated and suggested we go somewhere else. It was very apparent that we were not welcome as other customers were treated differently and received service where we received NONE. We used to hit the drive through every morning for breakfast, but we will never be returning and neither will any of my coworkers, friends, or family. We do not support racism...
