McDonald's — Restaurant in Prichard

This McDonald's is the slowest fast food place ever!! They have 2 drive up lanes (they can't handle 2 lanes) we pulled up one car in front of us, two cars ahead of us waiting, 2 cars at other drive up lane. Girl asks us to wait, we say ok. 10 minutes it takes her to get back to us , she took the orders from both other cars before ours. She keeps asking us what our order is kept getting it wrong. I suggest you just let people pull up to the window and take their order. Finally, we pull around the corner and to our surprise, one car is at the pay window paying. No other cars in the line. So we pull up and she takes our payment and she acted very confused. So we pull up and wait some more. The car in front of us only got a drink and a small bag. So, what's the hold up. Oh, did I tell you all of the soda machines were down, only had sweet tea and bottled water. We pull up get our stuff, check it it was right. All total we were in line 20 minutes 8:30 pm. We get home, no ice in our warm drinks the tea is so sweet you can't even drink it. They have a now hiring sign outside, but they don't call anyone back who fills out application or even goes there. I don't know who owns this store, but you need to do some secret shopper visits on this place! I will say the people are very nice when you go inside. Please help them hire some people. I love to see managers succeed. So I'm praying for this team at this store! My local...

I wasn't even going to give this McDonald's a star not even a half one but it won't let me post my comment without at least picking one. We were traveling back to Indiana from Louisiana. Stopped for breakfast and went in to use the restroom. This was at 10:45am not huge breakfast crowd. Went to wash hands and water was scalding hot....no cold or hot knobs to adjust temp just plain hot comes out immediately. We were concerned about a child possibly getting burnt if they went in to wash hands. There were 3 employees sitting in the eating area off to the right of the bathrooms while other employees were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Asked one of the kids to please get the manager because we wanted to inform them of the scalding water situation. He pointed and said she's over there....so we asked can you get her please...he went and told her and came back and informed us she said she was too busy to talk to us as he sat back down at the table and went back to doing nothing. So all of us left without spending our money there and I hope that McDonald's doesn't have to pay out another million dollars to a consumer this time over scalding hot water and not coffee and heaven forbid it's a child...

This location is DONE AND DONE for me...First of all, the cashier handed my order to the car in front of me this morning...big no-no. When I pulled up to the window, I asked could she repackage my order, HELO...germs and not my germs!! Normally..this particular cashier is a nice young lady. I frequent this location often but this morning, she had major attitude. The car ahead of me.. his order was wrong..he got out and went into the store. She still got his order wrong, the manager took over..I'm watching this from the window. She came back over to me... Ok, well I didn't want my food handed to someone else and their germs. So I asked for another order or at the very least, repackage. She's visibly upset by now.. I still take the food... which I'm sure...I didn't get a different order.. seeing that...she went to the back herself. But anyway..I get to work and by now my sandwich is cold but ok...I drink my coffee all the way to the end and suck up...WHAT.... a piece of hair!! I am DEVASTATED..pull the hair from my lips and damn near threw my guts up...HOLD THE PRESS!! Never again Mcdonalds will you receive a dime of my money. One thing I absolutely hate is finding hair in my food or drink...unsanitary!! I am just so...
