I recently had the pleasure of dining at Casa Finca Miami, and it was an experience worth raving about! this spot combines amazing food, great music, and a relaxed yet lively atmosphere.

I ordered the Bacon Smash Burger, and it did not disappoint! The patty was perfectly juicy, the bacon crispy, and the flavors were well-balanced. While I went for the burger, I noticed that Casa Finca offers a wide variety of options, including Argentine and Cuban-inspired dishes like Churrasco, Lechón, Carne Asada, and Empanadas. Whether you're a burger lover or into Latin flavors, there's something for everyone.

One of the things that made the night even better was the DJ—he was very attentive to the crowd and played an amazing mix that kept the energy just right. The waitress was also super friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The entire place had a super chill yet lively vibe, making it a perfect spot to dine and dance. I absolutely loved the music and the overall ambiance—it’s definitely a great place to unwind, eat well, and enjoy a night out.

We stopped by yesterday by chance, as the place looked lively and had a nice atmosphere.

There were two of us, and the service was terrible 😡. The staff focused all their attention on larger tables. It took about 15 minutes for someone to take our order, and only because we called the waitress over. She didn’t offer any recommendations and had a very unfriendly attitude.

As for the food: 🍔 The onion and bacon burger with fries was excellent.

🤮🍗 The “chimichurri chicken” was very disappointing. It didn’t even have chimichurri — they served it with some tomato and onion in oil. The chicken was dry, flavorless, and seemed like it had been frozen. It’s frustrating that they offer something on the menu that they clearly don’t have. If they’re going to make substitutions, they should ask the customer first.

A hidden gem in the Redlands! Casafinca Cuban Grill is tucked inside the “El Arbolito” fruit tree nursery and offers a beautiful wood-built setting with a cozy, rustic feel. The menu is simple but delicious—while it’s a Cuban grill, you’ll also find Argentine favorites like entraña and a great American burger. No seafood, but the grilled meats were fantastic and the avocado salad reminded me of what I had in Cuba.

They serve fresh juices (the guava was amazing), and the passion fruit mousse was outstanding. I’m coming back to try the tres leches cake next time!
