Edit 10/30/25 - It pains me to have to say this because I LOVE Dunkin and prefer them over the othe chains but this location has fallen so far off from what it was when it first opened. My order is wrong so often and the service so horrible that it got to the point I was scared to go there after I would place a new mobile order and the realized that's ridiculous to feel that way about a place I'm trying to give money for a service in return. There are too many coffee shops in Princeton to have to go here and feel that way. Paying $5-$8 for a drink that is wrong and to be talked to like I'm bothering them is actually crazy.
I still love Dunkin and will continue to patronize other locations but until this one has a COMPLETE overhaul, it's just not worth coming here anymore.
We are so excited to have a Dunkin' in Princeton and this location is fantastic! Sam, Elijah, Hazel, Bennin and the rest of the night crew are incredible! I've been almost every single day since the ice storm and they're always in a great mood, happy to be there and their energy is contagious! They always have my drink ready and made just right. So happy to have this team help me out with my afternoon pick me up! Give them a chance as they're still new and getting all the kinks worked out. What makes it even better is that this location is open until 9pm unlike all the other ones nearby that close at 8, so swing by in the afternoon as the night crew...
Read moreI had to go back and change my review. This Dunkn used to be GREAT. Back when the friendliest people worked there like Ms Pat and Amber. Now, it’s terrible. Half the time people won’t even reciprocate basic manners. I can say please and thank you repeatedly and they just don’t respond, they seem as if they hate coming to work and don’t want to be bothered. On multiple occasions we have to park after going through the drive thru and go back inside to have things fixed. We use the app a lot and come here almost daily, but yet the orders are consistently wrong and the service is terrible. I don’t understand what happened, maybe the management shift was a really bad idea. I now wait until I am near my job in Plano and go out of the way to go to a Dunkn over there so I don’t have to deal with this place in the morning. It’s a reals shame because we have been loyal customers since they opened. It’s just very sad and very soon, I could see us no longer patronizing this Dunkn. It’s going downhill and not slowly, very quickly. I literally just left there and heard them complaining about me over the one speaker because apparently ordering 8 minutes ahead on the mobile app is still not enough time for them. Not to mention they only had 2 types of donuts to choose from and we out of everything else. To be frank, we are just over it and it’s not worth the trouble of...
Read moreI don’t usually leave reviews, but the experience we just had was absolutely unacceptable. From the moment we began ordering, the service was rude and unprofessional. The employee at the intercom, Payshence, was rushing us through our order and had a noticeably impatient tone. When we pulled up to the window, she gave us a stank look, slammed the sliding window shut, and acted completely dismissive.
When we politely confronted her about her attitude, instead of apologizing or even attempting to de-escalate the situation, she started yelling and loudly insisting she wasn’t being rude—making the whole situation even more uncomfortable and unnecessary.
To make matters worse, half of our order was missing, and we were left waiting for at least 15 more minutes after already waiting a considerable amount of time. There was no apology, no explanation—just more attitude.
This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on this establishment. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the customer service issues and the lack of order accuracy and efficiency. Nobody should be made to feel disrespected when they’re simply trying...
