The Pier - Floating Restaurant — Restaurant in Princeton

We’ve eaten at the restaurant several times already and want to welcome James as the restaurant manager! He has truly done alot already to enhance the entire experience this year! Even though the menu is limited at the time, everything we’ve eaten so far has been great! The burgers and seasoned fries are very good and have been cooked to perfection each time we’ve ordered them. Pizza is great …all fresh toppings and made to your liking! Appetizers are also good which include cheese curds, fried pickles, onion rings and more. We are really looking forward to a great summer and being able to get a meal, snack, and even ice cream without having to leave the campground. By the way, the ice cream is delicious as well!!🍦. A little sprucing up to the restaurant itself would be such a huge plus as customers come to eat, drink and enjoy the water view👍

James’ enthusiasm is amazing as he’s getting The Pier up and running. He cares about his customers and strives to give them a positive experience while at The Pier….Thank you James for your hard work! Woohoo for Summer 2024...

The lead server saved our dinner. I wish I had gotten her name but she was fantastic. When we got to KOA they lost our reservation and the manager was a nightmare but one of the office staff stayed late to get us all set. She is a gem. Do everything you can to make her stay. So that was my mindset when I got there. I really just wanted to eat something and chill. But no. One of the waitresses was absolutely spastic. A customer at another table had an issue but they were polite about it. The server was not. She literally threw the food and said she'd vacuum it up later. Threw it. It was the most bizarre thing I had ever seen and I have owned restaurants myself. Treat your good employees like gold. Your lead server is gold. I know it’s tough when it’s hard to get staff but that just means the owner puts in a few more shifts, I’ve been there. But get rid of the employees dragging you down. They are costing you money because no matter how good your lead server is, I would rather jab rusty nails in my eyes than go back to...

We came here a year ago and said it was the last time we would ever be back! the food was awful and you didn’t feel at home. The experience was just not at all something we were looking for. Now fast forward to present we decided to try again after hearing about new management at the pier so we decided to give it one more try. I will say this we come here at least 3 or 4 times between Saturday and Sunday whether that’s for a burger or a pizza or maybe just an ice cream cone before we go out on the water we love it here you feel welcomed and the food is made with love and care I’ve never seen this place so packed until now and we love it look past all the old reviews and come down and try it you won’t be...
