Maybe it’s time we all re-evaluate what food trucks are supposed to offer — and what exactly Publix was hoping to achieve here.
In theory, food trucks exist for a few simple reasons:
1)That street-side flavor punch you can’t get anywhere else. 2)Affordable prices, since you’re not paying for walls, waitstaff, or air conditioning. 3)Quick service — grab, go, enjoy. 4)And of course, that casual "eat by the curb" charm.
Now, aside from the privilege of sitting next to a parking lot, this place has managed to miss the mark on just about everything else.
Want to place an order? Great — just block off half your lunch break. The menu? Oh, it exists — just not the food on it. Prices? Basically on par with a full restaurant. But hey, no roof included!
And customer interaction? If you enjoy minimal eye contact and zero engagement, you're in luck.
Waiting for your food? Grab a chair… from home… because you’ll be here a while.
Best part? It’s been weeks since they opened, and yet half the menu is still "coming next week." Spoiler alert: that magical week hasn’t arrived. Today marked the fifth “next week” in a row. Impressive consistency, if nothing else.
Honestly, it might be time for them to go back to square one and remember what a food truck is supposed to be — fast, flavorful, and just a little bit scrappy. Not this confused, slow-motion imitation of a dine-in restaurant with commitment issues.
But hey — feedback like this probably goes straight to the “meh” folder. And I’m sure that’s exactly...

We came all the way from Denton to try this food truck , and it was absolutely worth it! I tried Pani Puri, Chitti Punugulu, Mysore Bonda, and many more – every single item was fresh, tasty, and full of authentic flavor. Honestly, the food here is even better than what we get at Denton food trucks. A must-try spot if you love South Indian street food!
Hemanth at the counter was very welcoming, polite, and handled everything with great patience. His service really made the visit pleasant. Definitely recommend this place!
Another plus**– the veg and non-veg food trucks are placed separately here, so it’s very convenient...

I don’t understand why leave instead of taking the order of the last customer standing. To me that was not very friendly, it was as if almost they didn’t want to have me ordering anything … The food was very bland, it lacked a lot of seasoning. I was very suprised for an Indian food truck to lack flavor. The pricing of the items were ok. Seating and parking was available so...
