WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ordered a BUFFALO CHICKEN Calzone. To my surprise, it had TOMATO SAUCE in it? I called immediately after taking a bite into the calzone as I have a food allergy. I spoke with the owner who was rude from the beginning. He insisted that I never mentioned that I didn't want tomato sauce in the BUFFALO chicken calzone. Initially, he never let me explain that I have an allergy nor did he understand my concern. Again, I was ordering a BUFFALO chicken calzone.. since when does this bring TOMATO SAUCE? I tried to explain that to him, in return he cursed at me and hung up. I called again and explained to him that he was extremely rude and there was no need to curse or hang up if he is in fact the owner.

I have filed a formal complaint with the Department of Health as it doesn't seem like this business understands the severity of an ALLERGY. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB.

Old school spot that’s been around a long time. Their Steak/cheese/mushrooms/onions with mayo is good. Price is $10 worth it because it’s stuffed you really don’t need a large. Also, bought a Whole Clam plate which is Whole Clam with belly(fried of course) coleslaw/french fries. Clams were Great. Cleaned well So NO gritty sand. Fries are just fries. Coleslaw is really good it’s different(better) than anything around. My only Beef is that they charge for Tartar sauce. Tartar sauce goes hand in hand with Fried Clams so why charge. It’s like “I know you want Tartar sauce” so I’m gonna charge you. Oh yeah Whole Fried Clam plate was only $25. Great price. You get ALOT they didn’t skimp. Other than the charging of $1 for Tartar sauce the meal is worth it/very good. They’re closed(Sunday) today I wish they wasn’t because I want more Clams. They don’t do delivery. I forgot I spent $36 for everything....

Very disappointed, I ordered 2 steak and cheese and some wings and french fries.. over an hour later i called and asked about my order, the guy that answered the phone was hard of hearing or something because i repeated my order multiple times as well as my CC number.. he said ten more mins to get my delivery, when i finally got my food i realized it was the wrong order!.. i paid $46 for 2 fish sandwiches and soggy fries and wings!!..who eats fish sandwiches?… no one in my house! i tried calling them multiple times and they never answered their phone.. this is why i am wrong this review… so mad never again will i order from...
