Mi Sueño Disco — Restaurant in Providence

Had the worst experience with a waitress at this restaurant. Every time we ordered a drink she would bring us the bill and ask for the card. We kept on having to tell her we will be ordering more … pleas stop giving us the bill. Eventually she brought the bill and I just ignored her. I asked what time are you closing and why are you bringing the bill. She lied and said they close the bar at 1:30. And it was actually 2am. Then when we were checking out, she charged 1 dollar to my credit card and then asked that we leave the remaining of the bill on tips which was about 125. She mentioned that she messed up on the machine and that’s how to fix it. I’m like ok, whatever, get me out of here. I did not feel comfortable doing that considering the service was awful and she was absolutely obnoxious. Mind you tip was already included. There will be...

We went to this place for some drinks and I will absolutely say I won't be going back. To top it off this place says there's a dance floor but in reality its a big garage. The front half is setup with a bar, tables to sit, and a tiny kitchen (not to mention the liquor prices are way overpriced, especially for this type of establishment) The back half is filled with parked cars displaying their audio "systems". The music is so loud and distorted you can't even have any type of legible conversation unless you know sign language. Also, if you have to cross the street to get back to your car, make sure those other cars are stopping for you to cross or just run like hell and hope for the best. Needless to say it's not everyone's cup of tea, sure the heck...

To whomever is reading this, let me tell you about my experience here at Mi Sueno. This is a takeout order, not my experience at the restaurant.

I placed an order at around 3 p.m. so it could be ready at 8:30 p.m., which I thought was relatively simple, a large order of finger foods.

I arrived at 8:37 p.m. to ask for my order and now I am currently typing this at approximately 9:05 p.m. and I am still waiting for my order. A lady has tried to help me but has brushed me off (understandable, it's Saturday night here) but I digress, poor time management and poor customer service

Maybe if you eat in, you'll get better service, but if you try to get food to go, don't expect it on time and expect to wait at least an hour after you expect...
