This might be a long review, but it is necessary! My co workers and i have ordered here plenty of times through their website for delivery. No issue, and food is great, this is why i am not leaving them a bogus rating of like one star or less. Just last week my co worker and i placed an order at 1240pm for delivery through their website. It was already 2pm and we still hadn't received our food. I called the restaurant and they stated they had been calling me because the delivery guy was at the front waiting and no one answered. I asked which # they had cause i didn't had no missed calls. They had the wrong number and wrong address. I provided them with the right address and number, and they asked if we still wanted our food delivered I stated yes because we were hungry and we were leaving at 3pm. I asked if we can get some type of discount since it was already going on 2 hours, i spoke to a gentleman he stated he couldn't give us a discount since the website is through an outside vendor and they don't have access to that account. He kept asking if we wanted our food delivered. I stated okay well give me the number to the website so i can call and complained since he stated it was the websites fault for not providing the right info. He provided the number which was wrong, and i had to google the place which is order hero. Spoke to a rep and he said there was no record of us ordering food through the website. I stated i have the email in my receipt and all i was asking if we can at least get reimburse the $5 of delivery. His name was Matthew, he stated he will call me back with that information. As we waited for our food, delivery guy was calling us cause once again he was at the wrong location AFTER GIVING THEM THE RIGHT ADDRESS. My co worker and i basically took our food to go since it arrived close to 3pm & it was COLD. In my mind, this food had been sitting in their car for two hours you would think they would remake our food but no. I called back Matthew which someone else answered, and stated I had the wrong number and this is not the number to the website they use. In conclusion, the restaurant didn't bother to make things right with the customer but yet put the blame on the website, and i was provided with the wrong information. Basically i got the run around, if they were not going to provide us with some type of discount for their mistake/website at least remake our food so it would be hot. Very disappointed with their customer service since our company orders from this place A LOT. I called to order a taco dinner over the phone and the lady who answered was extremely rude. I was patient with her after having to explain to her several times I only wanted one taco dinner with steak,onion, cheese and cilantro. But for some reason she was really nasty and rude to me because she couldn’t understand what I was saying…. She also hung up on me and in the middle of me talking while I was still trying to order more food…. When arrived to the restaurant to pick up my order she was nasty and rude because my mother had called me during my transaction…. Not only did I receive bad rude service but they also barely gave me any sauce for my meal… the rice and beans were also too salty and my tacos were literally thrown upside down in the box and all the filling had came out smh. I contacted the store manager Juan and he was very rude and blamed me for not going to the hospital right away so it can be reported to their insurance company. I spent over 60 dollars there for dinner for my family and thank God my children didn't eat any of it. This place and the one in Hillside were much better when the owners had more of a presence. They also refused to reimburse me for all the food that had to be thrown away. I am very disappointed in this restaurant. I use to go to the one in Hillside when it was named Panchos a couple of years after it was named Mexican Brothers the service became horrible.
