The manager is horrible!!!! I gave 1 star because of what I have experienced with the manager--it is unacceptable on all levels. If I could give BELOW 1 star I WOULD!!!! First of alL, I grew up all my life watching my mother and her siblings drink Dunkin Donuts every morning. It was a coffee that they loved. As an adult, I drink Dunkin Donuts coffee every day on my way to work and it is the coffee that I love. I typically order my coffee the same way Large hot coffee with cream. Occasionally, they add sugar and I will pull around, park and take the coffee back it in. Although, it is an inconvenience, I understands that sometimes things happen, so I never became upset when my coffee was not prepare correctly. Previous, when I have taken the coffee back in there has never been a problem. On this particular day, I ordered my usual and I did not taste my coffee until after I had gotten on the expressway and I did not have time to go back to return the coffee. The next morning, I pulled up to the drive through and I informed them that I still had the coffee in my car from yesterday that I did not drink because it had sugar in it. I ordered my usual large cream only and pulled up to the window. I went to pass them the cup thinking that it would be an even exchange since I could not drink it because they prepared it wrong. They still wanted to charge me for the new cup of coffee so I asked why should I have to pay for another cup of coffee due to their error. The manager was so RUDE! Begrudgingly, she gave me the cup at no charge. Since that day she has been EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME. After continuing to go there every morning I am treated with hostility to the point where I feel unconformable. I have gone to Dunkin Donuts all my life, with my mother as a child and on my own since I have been an adult so over 50 years and I have never experience this type of RUDENESS. Prior to this experience, I would actually complete the surveys and give them great reviews at this location. NEVER AGAIN!!!! How can the manager lead her staff to provide good customer service when she is horrible at it. I refuse to continue to spend my money at an establishment who has a manager that treats me horrible every time I go through the drive through because of a mistake they made. I have been so busy and meant to contact Dunkin Donuts' corporate office and will do so soon. The manager needs EXTENSIVE customer service training. If she does not know how to provide good customer service, she needs to be in the back office somewhere and never allowed to deal with customers. This review is not the last of me-I will contact corporate office to discuss the HORRIBLE AND UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED. The right thing to do is accept the coffee back, give me a new cup and apologize. Obviously, she does not know the right thing to do. The garbage container past the drive through is always filled to capacity. Instead of mistreating customers she should direct that energy towards making sure that the garbage is not spilling out of the container and that the place is nice and clean. All I can say is that Dunkin Donuts has lost a very dedicated customer because of this horrible manager. I look forward to speaking with someone in corporate to discuss...
Read moreThe kid with the blonde dreadlocs has a serious attitude problem, and all and all management needs to do better.
Went to the drive thru last Saturday. My order was missing hashbrowns so I go inside. I explain to them what's missing and they tell me that I'm going to have to wait. He then asks another worker if they gave me the hashbrowns, and the worker "knows" he put them in the bag.
Another worker chimes in stating I'm just trying to get extra food, and they all continue this banter back and forth as if I'm literally not standing there. The kid with blonde locs then asks to see inside my bag to make sure I didn't have them already... as if I'm trying to steal extra hashbrowns? Hashbrowns. Are you serious?
After 10 minutes, they finally begin my missing order, and the kid explains that he just didn't want to make too much of something or his boss would get on his case. If that was his thought process, then management needs to seriously work on their training. If he was lying to cover himself after his rude behavior, then management STILL needs to seriously work on their training.
Meanwhile another customer leaves after complaining about his donut. It was clearly burnt and dry. Blondielocs then begins to swear about the customer who left, out loud. "He's an fcking liar, nothing was wrong with the fcking donut. He did this last time. Lied when he got home about his veggie spread on the bagel." This continues, again, as if I and other customers aren't standing there.
If you're looking to wait 20 minutes for a bagel and hashbrowns, while being berated, by all means hit this dunkin' up since all customers seem to be liars and thieves. I have never in my life pulled the, "I won't be returning," card but this experience was beyond belief. You couldn't pay...
Read moreThis location is so very poorly managed. Save yourself an unpleasant experience and go somewhere else. The staff is extremely rude. While getting my order in the drive thru this morning. The employee mumbled what I thought was my order, after realizing It wasn't I apologized and said "I'm sorry this is not what I ordered. Here came a very hostile what I'm assuming store manager or leader in red. Cursing and yelling at me for hearing her employee wrong and them having to refund and rerun my card for the correct. This lady was completely hostile, rude, and berating. she even refused to hand me my food after paying for it. From reading other reviews this seems to be a common thing for them. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Management if your reading this listen to your customers and clean house. These people are representing your business and bringing it down.
