JJ FISH & CHICKEN — Restaurant in Proviso Township

So on my way home I stopped to get gas across the street and then went to order a 6 Wing dinner. I decided to go wait in the car for the food to be cooked because of the wet mop smell that was inside the waiting area. I came back in the food was bagged and I dropped it in the car and rushed home 20 mins away to eat. Well to my disappointment when opened my bag it was 2 pizza pockets and fries. THATS NOT WHAT I ORDERED! so I tried to call and tell the girl that they messed up my order it was around 10pm when I ordered and now it’s about 10:40pm after it took them some time to make and me get home. I called the number online and it was a different JJ Fish then I pulled out my receipt and called and of course it just rings and rings and no answer. The answering service said answer off. So I called 5 more times and to no avail. So between 10:40 and 11pm when they close I guess they just said screw it no more calls. So now I’m forced to eat pizza puffs....

Nobody greeted me, cashier was rude when I was about to order, she told me to wait while she packed an order. I’m actually glad she did that because I saw a ROACH crawling on the window while I looked up at the menu. 🤮 she called the guy who fries the food, to come kill the roach. He was not wearing gloves, touched his face and stared at the roach. The cashier waited as if I was going to order something. Hell nah! If there’s one roach, there are MORE. Never going there again. I tried ordering over the phone earlier and THANK GOD they didn't answer cause I wouldn’t have...

As soon as I entered the place and told the cashier there that I had an order picked up I was given an attitude. She said in a rude tone “it’s not ready” then after that another “customer” comes in drinking liquor mind you. The same lady says out loud that “the order is ready, emphasis on the out loud. I go up to the counter thinking this was my order and she very rudely says “nuh uh this ain’t for you” gives the order to the intoxicated customer and then when I finally get my order she just throws it on the counter....
