Billy's Burgers — Restaurant in Puckett

I had the Suoer-burger. Great burger; definitely worth the stop!! Less than $5.00 makes it an excellent value! This Burger was so close to gaining my 1st 5 star review, but 2 critical flaws knocked it down to just a 3. While this was a fantastic Burger, The pre made or "bought" patties don't allow for the crumbly inconsistency of a handmade Patty allowing for juice pockets of flavor. Also, the bun was not toasted or if it was, it was only lightly toasted. A toasted bun prevents the juice from the meat and vegetables from rapidly absorbing into the bun and gives a crispy sweet flavor. The high point's was the seasoned patty. Definitely had a hint of garlic or possibly it was marinated in Dale's seasoning, which is a huge plus. But the pre-made Patty only allowed for the seasoning to be on the outside which left 90% of the Patty lacking. The use of whole leaf lettuce was a tremendous plus and the tomatoes were obviously very fresh, too. This Burger could be upgraded to a 5-star Burger with just 2 simple little fixes, but it definitely made my top-10 burgers in South...

This is a great place and as is often the case, it was packed with hungry diners today. However, it didn't take long at all to get seated and get our food as they are accustomed to many people coming to the restaurant. The food is always wonderful, the owners are great people, and the customers are smiling from the atmosphere and having full and satisfied stomachs! By the way, I had the Philly Steak PoBoy and tater tots which I can highly recommend, but all the food is hot...

Great meat and three. If you don’t like today’s options they have a generous menu that is exceptional you can order from. Their Friday catfish is always a favorite. Their hours are restricted and they have a walk up window if you want to order ahead and not go in. Nice friendly neighborhood type vibe if you choose inside dining. They Also have picnic tables outside...
