This place is ok. The one thing this place does differently that I haven't seen at any other Mexican restaurant is their Mexican Philly, which I have gotten a few times. It varied in quality each time I got it, but overall it was pretty good. Everything else doesn't really stand out from any other Mexican restaurant I have been to. This place is open at 5:30 in the morning (probably because it's right next to Evraz), which is earlier than most other restaurants around the area, but they have a limited menu until 7am. I was told they don't have the fryers turned on, so you can't get the deep fried tacos or french fries. Overall, the place isn't bad but taste wise it just doesn't stand out enough to me. If you live in Pueblo or frequently pass through this city it's a restaurant worth checking out, but if you're just visiting there are many other restaurants I would recommend over this one.

So good! We parked our truck/trailer under the overpass to grab lunch before we picked up at the mill. It was busy but they were quick and friendly. I ordered the al pastor burrito and my husband got chicken enchiladas (they were out of beef) and a bean tostada. We grabbed some of their desserts at the counter.l for later. My burrito was seriously delicious, pineapple and pork covered in sauce with rice and beans. He also enjoyed his enchiladas. The restaurant and restrooms were very clean and the employees were so nice. If we are ever back in the area we will stop again. The breakfast food looked great too.

The sauces and staff here really set this place apart. I normally like tomatoes and onions in my guacamole, but theirs was really good with just the avocado and seasonings. The quesadillas pictured is only half the order! Both were the chicken. It didn’t have a lot of flavor, but I liked this better because you could put whatever amazing sauce you wanted on it! It just soaked it in.

The secret is the FRIENDLIEST staff. This little gem is tucked away right by the interstate 25 in Pueblo Co. Let me tell u the food is amazing but it seems to taste even better because it's made with so much love. The atmosphere was native to the area and was so joyful u couldn't help but sway to the rhythm of the soft playing music about us. The food had amazing flavor !!!! Thank you for the experience of the area it was symbolic to you heritage!!!! Love it will...
