Burger King — Restaurant in Puerto Rico

My partner and I, along with our family 6, ate at this fast food restaurant today. The food was OK. Our area where we were eating was really clean, but it's obvious the furniture needs to be updated. However, when we were leaving the restaurant, we decided to order dessert. Specifically a strawberry milkshake and the women making our milkshake messed up the order twice. Both times giving us a oreo milkshake. After the second time she made the mistake, I simply left unsatisfied and disappointed. Ordene por el servicarro. La empleada me pregunto si queria hacer un donativo a una entidad. Le contesto no. En la ventanilla me cobra y no me entrega el recibo. Se lo pido. Me cobro el donativo. Le reclamo, me dice le dije que si al donativo, le contesto que no, le dije no. Me dice otra vez que dije si. Le contesto que no. Me devuele el dolar y me dice "dale" queriendo decir largate. Le reclamo que le habia dicho no. A la persona del carro delante de mi en la linea le hizo lo mismo y tuvo que devolver el dolar. Esto si no es donativo es robo de parte de la empleada.
