Pézkame Restaurant — Restaurant in Puerto Rico

I stayed in five different towns through my stay in Puerto Rico (this time), and I'm so glad we found this place one night while leaving the Fajardo area. Maps initially took us to a dead end in the area, and we got back on the road we finally passed by the storefront.

We sat at the bar: The bartender was training another bartender, and they were both very knowledgeable - they recommended the fish tacos which was fantastic! They are A MUST

The drinks were spot on, I don't typically go for cocktails, I'm more of a beer & wine drinker, but I was with friends that were inexperienced with call drinks. So, we had a few that night and they were made with love each time; the bar staff certainly knows how to make a well-balanced drink - everything I had was delicious

The Ceviche was not only the best ceviche I've ever had in Puerto Rico, it was the best fish dish I've had visiting the island, including every time I've visited in the past.

All the ingredients in all the food we got were fresh and great quality. The chef also spoke to us a bit as well, and was very insightful when he explained a little bit about the food and his background

It seemed like a regular hang out spot for the other patrons in there, everyone was super nice and hospitable. I can't wait...

A DEFINITE MUST IN FAJARDO! What makes a great restaurant is consistency in food and Pézkame does exactly that. If you come, please order either traditional Pisco sour or the sangria. The sangría was insanely good and that cinnamon aftertaste felt very refreshing. THE FISH TACOS were legit the best I’ve had in my life. The fish they use you can tell is high quality and breaded perfectly. The spicy mayo is homemade with magic, I swear. The coconut arepas were to die for. Please try them with the dipping sauce- you’ll quickly be reminded of Puerto Rican childhood ♥️. Last, we had the mix ceviche with salmon. The chef José came by and explained the best way to eat to get all the flavor and textures in one bite and I’m so glad he did. The sweetness mixed with the crunchy and the protein made for a perfect tasty harmony. Overall, highly recommend and definitely will come again....
