Yunni's Pinchos & Burgers — Restaurant in Puerto Rico

Disorganized and rude. Waited over an hour for our food that never came. We asked 3 separate times what the update was after being passed by a least 4 orders they clearly weren't organized and had little clue as to who's order was who's.

When told to give our money back they confronted us with all the servers,cooks, and manager to try and intimidate. Doesn't really do much when you're piss poor service can't do enough to scare people away. They then threw the money at us with an extra 10 with the remark of go buy some beer. We threw the extra money back. It's the principle, they are ride and inconsiderate...

If you want to wait 45-50 mins for some skewers and plantains, then this place is for you. Seems that they tended to locals much more than tourists. Our food came much later than most, and the lady seemed annoyed that we asked about our food after waiting over 45 mins for 3 skewers and plantains. I get we are on PR time, but a sit-down restaurant would have been better than this. Love supporting local places but I'll pass on this place...

The smell from the grill tells you everything you need to know. We actually had this place two of the 7 nights we stayed on the island. They were that good! The chicken pinchos were the winner for us. The pork was a little tough as pork can be when grilled. Cheese burger was a hit with my 11 year old. Be prepared to order in Spanish.
