Golden Buffet — Restaurant in Pulaski

I've gave a two star on food cause it was very cold And i gave a 1 star on service cause the waitress was very rude and very stingy about giving me a refill on my drink and she is only acting like that towards me and nobody else I don't care what anyone says about this I seen how she treats others differently from me matter of fact this guy had a same kind of drink as me and she filled his drink all the way up to the rim almost. I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone also they are liars they said that big old fish jumped out of the fish tank and I know better than that cause the fish's can't jump out out of the tank it's impossible to do that crapAnd I still believe they cooked it up and just telling people that it jumped out naw I can't believe that nope.they cooked it 100...

Many of the items on the buffet were good, but the one staple that I use to grade Chinese restaurant was not. The egg drop soup was horrible. It was very thick and dark colored, either old or way too much thickener (corn starch maybe?). It was inedible. The chicken skewers also had some kind of odd taste. The fried meat options (General Tso, Orange Chicken, etc) were pretty good and the Beef & Broccoli was excellent. It's really a mixed bag when it comes to the food. Maybe they were having an off day, it happens to the best of us.

It's been a while since we've eaten here. Not sure what happened, but they must have changed recipes, cooks, or sources. The white fish, sesame chicken, and hot soy sauce (not sure of its official name) were bland. The wait staff was not very personable, but this is nothing new. They sort of hollered at us from across the room and waved us to the seating area as opposed to showing us to a table. The selection was reasonable and the price was not terribly high considering the amount of seafood available. As with most restaurants, the television was inescapable, which I find to be off-putting.
