The wife and I ate breakfast here sunday morning. Went inside to order and eat. When we first went in we noticed the floor was kinda slippery. I thought someone had spilled something by the door and they didnt clean it up very good. But as we walked through and up to the counter to place our order, we noticed it was still rather slick. My wife and I were talking about it at the counter and I know the lady taking our order had heard us. So anyway, we placed our order and afterward i told the lady that the floor was slick. While she was handing me the change she asked where was it slick? I got to looking around and you could see that someone had mopped the entire store with dirty mop water. I'm guessing it was the same water that the had used in the kitchen. Cause you could see that the entire floor, from the grocery freezers to the dining area had the same film of grease that had the pattern of someone mopping. So I told her it was the entire floor and kinda chuckled, and she replied oh! I wasnt worried about myself or my wife, but I know alot of older people like to eat at Braums. They usually have decent food and good ice cream. But I was worried that someone with crutches or a walker might be in serious trouble if they were to try to walk on that floor. Well we got our food and ate. The food made my wife and I sick afterwards. Which has never happened before. We didn't even have the same meal. But they never bothered to have anybody check the floor while we were there. I hope everyone made it in and out ok. I still like Braums and I will go there again, but not in Purcell. Nope, I'll have to pass on that store. The people weren't too concerned with cleanliness, safety, or the health of their customers, so I'm not too concerned with their reputation or longevity. Update: 8/21/22 ordered 4 sundaes in the drive thru. 2 came completely melted.
Update:9/23/24 Went through drive-thru and ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese biscuits I repeated twice. I parked by window one no one was there so I went to window 2 paid. The young lady was great, friendly and greeted with a smile. I got my food and got all the way home no egg. Drove all the way back went on and the lady in the drivethru understood immediately and was great so was the other gentleman next to her. The person I would assume was the manager a larger blonde young lady was very curt. I explained myself again and apologized if I was appearing angry because my wife had missed her breakfast because of this. I go to walk off and notice the bag is light.... missing one of the biscuits entirely this time. I go back I'll admit pretty frustrated but don't say wanting other then. There's suppose to be 2 in it to the manager she rolls her eyes and stomps the kitchen. Then when she hands it to me I say thank you with my customer service voice which I'll admit it's pretty good. She cuts me off with a curt and rude yep. The I say have a good morning in the same voice and she does the same yep again. Not manager material to me.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreEvery time I visit this specific store for lunch, I leave disappointed. The quality of their sandwiches has gotten so much worse within the last few months especially. Today, I came around noon and got a grilled chicken sandwich. Normally, I have to go back inside because they forgot something in the drive thru, but today they miraculously remembered everything.
Despite this, my sandwich was DESTROYED with mayo. Itās like theyāre having a competition to see who can put the most mayo on someoneās sandwich without them complaining. I couldnāt physically take a bite without all of my lettuce and my tomato slice shooting out of the bun in random directions. The fries are also ALWAYS under filled.
I understand that this is a fast food restaurant during lunchtime, and I shouldnāt expect dine-in restaurant quality, but holy crap guys, I should need to WIPE MY SANDWICH off with a napkin before I eat. This happens every. single. time. that I come in, too. Iām not one to review places because I know that everyone has bad days, but this happens so consistently, and Iām not the only one that feels this way, so I had to bring it up.
