For it to be so new there are so many flaws. I give the staff 5 stars but the restaurant 2 at most. The entire time we were ordering, (myself, my husband, and 3 children) we were constantly having to shuffle and move around for people entering and exiting the restaurant, for people who were going to the counter to gather their food, for people trying to get around the giant obstacle course of misplaced seating in the center of the small restaurant. You have to drive around the entire building to get to parking then make your way past he drive-thru traffic to enter the restaurant. I have middle school aged children but it still felt like crossing a busy road to get into the establishment. There are places to charge your phone, a large television, and a fireplace. Going solo or with just my partner would've been less of a hassle then bringing the whole family but we were there to treat ourselves to the 50 cent frosties that were being sold that weekend. We ordered right after them & 10 minutes after getting their order we still hadn't received our order of nuggets & 2 frostys. I stood at the counter after I inquired for quite some time still waiting, & it was evident they were in total chaos. The orders slips were getting picked up & moved around, but not filled, & then put back down but not in order. They were simply unable to coordinate the drive thru & the counter, so inside orders were neglected. Two police officers sitting inside told us they waited 35 minutes for burgers & fries! Not a way to encourage a customer base. Apparently much more EXPERIENCED supervision & training is needed. The night manager was inept at organization & management. Read moreLobby closed during open hours and I'm told by the manager that they didn't expect people to want to come inside to eat. So when short handed because the employee you hired calls in, then you as the manager are to fill the position, which is why as a manager, you get paid more. You are supposed to not act like a regular employee and you are supposed to be accountable for the store while you are the manager on duty. So this "well what do you want me to do" question gets a simple answer, open the lobby so we can sit and eat not eat in our car on our trip home from Purcell.
