Update: new cook seems to have re-established the high quality run; stopped several times and the bulgogi has been consistently good.

The owners and staff are always friendly. And the food can be top notch. 4 instead of 5 just because they had a hiccup with a questionable cook about 6 months ago and quality of food fell. Stopped last week and they have a new cook that makes great food and is an amiable guy; fits well with the rest of the great staff. The quality is back and I hope it stays. If you're coming here expecting to get a solid deli sub, fries, and a coke... well, that's exactly what you're going to get. This is a very good and solid sub shop. I get the dad special (an Italian) with fries and its good. A solid lunch option when on Quantico.

edit been back twice since. If you come during lunch time, you can expect a long way. It took me 16 minutes to get my sub today; that's from order to pick-up. They lose a star...

I suspect that the deli burger had already been cooked ahead of time because it was being put together by an obvious new employee. As he was walking back and fourth with the burger and bun, the senior staff member asked him to put a couple pieces of bacon on it.
