Quiero compartir una experiencia en su drive-thru que creo que podría mejorar con un pequeño cambio. Cuando fui recientemente, noté que no tienen un menú visible en la ventanilla. La empleada me comentó que debía manejar hacia el supermercado de enfrente para ver el menú, pero el detalle es que esa área tiene una entrada que también es la salida. Esto hace que sea complicado salir del drive-thru, revisar el menú, y regresar sin preocuparme por posibles filas o demoras.

Creo que sería muy útil si pudieran implementar una solución práctica, como un código QR en la ventana o un letrero visible en la pared frente al drive-thru. Esto haría la experiencia más cómoda y fluida para los clientes que no conocemos el menú de memoria.

Açaí Express tiene un excelente producto, y con un pequeño ajuste como este, estoy segura de que la experiencia sería mucho mejor. ¡Gracias por considerar...
