The original Arturos II & Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Quincy Township

So, right now, im in the middle of getting a discount. More crazy stuff from the life of a great man. First off, I didn't realize at first cause I'm Caucasian and sometimes it's hard with Hispanic/Latino people but I had the same cook 3 other places before. tho I can't rememebr where but he always leans over the counter in the back of the restaurant and looks at me. I ordered a steak chicken& ranch pizza. I was having trouble with my card at the time and they were not insulting or assuming with my difficulties which i appreciate. So I made a call and got someone I sent money to let me use their card. I was quick about it. (I try to be polite, and AM VERY.) So anyway I get the pizza don't notice at first when I ate the second slice I noticed I brought it up, they didn't not want to replace it but instead informed me I had to talk to the owner and they weren't available. The pizza was pretty decent tho if I had an allergy id be dead. Also, theirs no telling what else he did to the pizza. Their was also no sause on the pizza asides likes of ranch on top. Right now im still dealing with them over the phone. I recorded the conversation but haven't mentioned it yet. I may have got one of the stalking food ppl recorded but I can't prove that so it's pointless. Idk how these people are just being let work everywhere. But, Their is NO exscuse ! What's so ever. And I don't mean for this business in its self. ( But if law enforcement existed as they should. It would be great if their was someone fearless in law enforcement like me, and a lawyer too but, ppl get taken out it seems. But it goes with the job to me. With out no one dying everyone's just crossing lines at their lesures. Theirs alot of people who follow me working at restaurants idk the point of them moving all these same ppl around me is and isnt true but that's a diffrent story. My path is littered with people in my life that...

Have ordered from here a total of 3 times, the first order was completely messed up, "corrected", but still messed up. Okay, they just opened, gave them another try and just ordered a pizza. That was fine. Now ordered for the 3rd time, messed up again. And I have a real serious question...who doesn't put at least a packet of taco seasoning on taco meat 🤔 If our order was messed up 2 out of 3 times, we can't be the only ones. I will just continue to order from Quincy where I know I'll get...

My husband and I get pizza from Arturo's on South Mountain on Friday's once in awhile. We LOVE the pizza, and always order ours with black olives and mushrooms. In addition to the pizza being delicious, Arturo and his staff are so friendly. They always take the time to talk and smile. It's a great place to go....
