Many Great Memories of Carmine's, as that cherished deli makes the finest & tastiest meatball sub in all of Quincy, if not the entire South Shore (a 12-13 on a scale of 1-10, such is the unmatched sheer deliciousness of Carmine's awesomely flavored & famed meatball sub!)! Was THE best sub shop I knew, but after firing their most knowledgeable chef/cook, the quality has dropped significantly. Even after going there for years and ordering the same thing evrytime, they somehow managed to screw it up each time after the cook change. First of all, I don’t know how it took me this long to review Carmines after years of coming here. This place is an absolute gem. The food here is absolutely incredible and this location has probably the best Italian sub in the whole universe. Just make sure you get it with the cucumber relish and toasted, and you will not be disappointed.
