We went thru the drive thru Monday evening, were greeted quickly on the speaker and was able to order right away. We placed our order of ice cream, and food and got to the window to pay. Lady was short but not really rude. She ended up handing us our ice creams, no lids which, whatever but would have been nice. Was disappointed that our blizzard wasn't turned upside down, that's part of the fun of getting them! Tim was nice and got out food out as soon as it was done but we had waited almost 10 minutes. Was VERY disappointed that for our chicken strips we didn't get the honey mustard or the gravy ( asked for both) we got ranch and I'm allergic, didn't think about smelling it or anything cause it was white and thick but it ended up...

Couldn't get the order straight; when we finally said never mind, we'd just leave,(since a simple order was apparently beyond their collective mental capabilities) this little creep actually smarted off, "fine then!". Never saw such unprofessional behavior. The owners need to flush that toilet and hire all new staff. And in post-script: I don't want an owner reply, gushing how sorry you are that our experience there was so bad...that that is not what you strive for, blah, blah, blah...you know what your place is like and you know how your employees behave. You don't care, so save your phoney...

I got a chicken sandwich which ended up being burnt and fries were cold. To top off the experience myself and my kids went to get ice cream on our way out, I ordered a turtle Sunday and the girl got a cup of ice cream and then asked her fellow employee if she knew how to make a turtle Sunday, she shrugged so she dumped some nuts and Carmel on it and handed it to me. My worst Dairy Queen...
