This is a great little wine bar in a town that has very little to offer for wine lovers. From Main Street look for the beautiful old stone building. The Drunk brush is on the back side of this building. The outside is a cute little courtyard, enclosed on 3 sides with an iron spiral staircase in the back. What I really love about this place is the wines they carry. They don't just carry California wines, they usually have something from Italy or France, both of which I love. But even their domestic wines are unique and I've learned of a couple of great stories the last two times I was there. Often there is live music here, which people love. For me, I like the nights without music. That's when you get to meet the regulars and chat with the barkeep. The hours are not posted online, but see my photo. The hand written hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 3 p.m. to close. Close can be 9, or it can be 11, depending on the night. I almost forgot to mention: for you Barbarians, the Drunk Brush serves beer too, with quite a good selection.

Don't miss it! This fantastic spot is situated in the smallest of towns - a genuine hidden gem many will overlook (and regret it). Good wines and beers to very reasonable prices. Step inside to enjoy great drinks and lively conversation with lovable strangers. A true must-stop when you're in the area.

Not only do they have a nice selection of wine and beer, the owners and employees are very friendly and informative. The rooms/apartments that when available are very spacious and clean. Located right in the central part of the town of Quincy you can easily walk to restaurants or stores. I would highly recommend this place to any of my...
