Dunkin' — Restaurant in Quincy

Fourth time, last time. 50% of the times I've been there this year, I have gotten the wrong sandwich (There's like 3 or types of meat and 4 types of bread that could go wrong.) There is a littel old White lady and when I order from her, always correct. So today Aug 11th, 2025, I walked 6 miles an treated myself to a sandwich at Dunkin Donuts. The is a young lady behind the counter translated the order to people making the sandwich. I asked her what kinds of meats go with this and she makes some rude comment about how she would never eat food from the place she is working at. I took it to mean she felt superior to me, maybe because of the way she looked at me or what she said. Now, ever time there is an interaction between me and her, she turns around and mutters in her dialect to her coworkers and they stink eye me and usually start laughing. This is before I get my change and tip her, I was thinking of Mr. Pink when it came time for their tip. I sit down, take a bite, it is not what I ordered, I bring it back; no apologies, the lady in the back way overcooks a new one and hands it to me with a scowl, as though I was in the wrong. I literally ordered one sandwich and there was an old couple at a table, and at least 5 workers behind the counter. I sit down to eat it, a guy walks in, blonde hair, blue eyes; he asks to use the restroom first, the lady tells him to push the door open and walks out of eyesight and earshot. Door is still locked when the guy tries it. This happens three times, with the foreign commentary and laughing at him each time. As he walked by I said it was too bad it wasn't being filmed cause this is what all the commercials are like. He got the joke, she (the button pusher) didn't and stink eyed me again. I don't want to say these people are racist and I didn't vote for Trump either time, but they are and I assure you democrats that this kind of behavior helped put him...

So I ordered a Iced coffee this Sunday 6 September afternoon through drive by. I placed my order went to the window to get my order. I don't know her name? Dark Skin woman . receipt said Register:5 Cashier: Alex -Joan B came to window said nothing she has my coffee in her hand. I have her my card and she handed me my coffee. I put the coffee in my cupholder and was taking stuff out of the other cup holder and I saw the Straw flew through and hit my on my hand and fell down my feet. I didn't know what happen then realize the cashier threw the straw at me instead of saying here is your straw. I asked her why would you throw the straw at me? She looked my face and handed me my card. I said what is up with that attitude and why would you even bead at me and when we didn't even spoke a single word at each other beside me placing the order which was plain simple. I told her to give me another straw and she did. The gentleman behind her saw the whole thing. I was driving slowly and she said if I am all set. I told her I am not all set with her attitude. So uncalled for so rude!!!! Too bad I live in the neighborhood. But I want to write this saw the management sees what happen and talk to her to show her nasty attitude somewhere not to customers who comes there and pays for their stuff. I could not digest this...

The short Stubby lady with glasses that works the drive thru needs to really get over herself. Almost 2 years ago a couple of employees were swearing at the children. The middle schoolers all had money and were very polite ordering. Yes of coarse it was loud 15 kids talking at once. But 1 male employee and 1 female employee( no longer work there) swore at these kids. I stuck up for all the kids. 1 being my child. They had the nerve to say they had every reason to talk to the kids the way they did. I never yelled or raised my voice. I did however call them a bunch of junkie dunkies. So now I have been banned!!! Thats ok. Cause I love the One near Stop amd shop. Much pleasant never make a mistake and actually tastes like coffee instead of swamp water. I go 3 times a day. So, 2 weeks ago my friend went threw the drive threw. She ordered not me. I was in the passanger seat. They told her they cant serve me because I was in the car. So my friend asked.... Why???
