Hardee's — Restaurant in Quincy

My boyfriend and I visited the north 12 street hardee's yesterday (Sunday) morning and upon walking in to place our order we hear a loud very unprofessional extremely disrespectful lady in the drive thru with her window open. She is yelling and cussing the other employees and im not sure how the two younger ladies trying to help her get her drive thru orders out didnt respond with the same level of disrespect she had given them but they didnt. Has that been me I would of let her know she wasnt going to talk to me like that. Them young ladies handled the uncalled for disrespect from that much needs to be fired coworker in a way that most would not of been able to and had it not been for the way the conducted themselves so professionally we would had walked out and went else where. Haven't been to Hardee's in a very long time. My wife and I arrive and they are switching over from breakfast to lunch. They are limited on biscuits and no eggs. There was one guy in line other than us. The guy that is taking orders is pretty much cussing that everything and obviously the very flustered. My wife orders this get some gravy and I order chicken tenders. She received one biscuit in her biscuit and gravy combo. My chicken tenders were warm at best, I assume they are going to be nice and hot since they were just switching to lunch. If I would have known that they were obviously not fresh I would have gotten something else. I can't say that we are going to be making another trip to Hardee's anytime soon if ever again. So many things wrong in such a short amount of time. Here is a list The food was done quick but it was not the right food. The next time it was still not correct and we just wanted our money back. Could not get the money back the manager was rude and refused to give us our money back so we decided to wait. Still they got it wrong. How hard it is to get 2 meals correct? Then we got the food and it was cold. So we decided to throw it away and leave but then I decided to use the restroom. It looked like it has not been cleaned in years.
