Subway — Restaurant in Río Grande

We went to this location around 10pm. The drive thru was the only option as the seating area was closed. We pulled up to the drive-thru and told the woman that we needed a moment to look at the menu and she told us to circle around in a very rushed and rude tone. We were the only vehicle in the area. Why would we need to circle around when we need to see the menu that's at the drive-thru? After we told her each sandwich we wanted, she didn't ask which type of bread or what condiments we wanted until the very end, and again asked in a rude rushed tone. We said we just wanted lettuce on 3 of the 4 sandwiches and nothing else because it would've been an "inconvenience" for her to put that all in and we were just hungry and very tired. We moved to the window to pay and she lazily said "buen provecho" and closed the window when we still hadn't received our food. After we received our food, we got to the place we were staying at and opened everything up. There was barely anything in the sandwiches except lettuce. A giant mound of lettuce and tiny morsels of whatever meat we requested. DO NOT EAT HERE IF THE SEATING AREA IS CLOSED. The drive-thru is awful and you should watch them make the sandwich you want. This place is despicable!. No sense of urgency for a customer when there’s more than 5 people behind the counter. I ordered my sandwich, then went to pay and stood there for 5min while all the girls laughed and giggled while talking to each other. I was the first person in line. After 5 minutes I asked if I could pay because my sandwich was just sitting there. No one said anything, on top of that I stood there waiting for even longer while she helped other people. She then asked another lady to ring me up after more than ten minutes of standing there. I asked her if they do this to everyone because I was so upset. I felt like walking out and not paying. The service here is horrible. I will never come back to this place for the rest of my stay. The owner needs to evaluate his workers customer service skills and get people in here who actually care about their job and the people...

This location in rio grande Puerto Rico advertises online they are open till 12am Sundays. We got there at 10:50 and the open sign was lit and there were employees with all lights on. They locked the doors and said no drive thru. They did have a sign showing they close at 11pm Sundays, but we were there earlier and all they had to do was slap ham and cheese on bread. First off, it is a simple fix to update your hours of operation online. Second, the employees locking the doors and closing before close time should be looked into by corporate.
