Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Radford City

Google advertised that they stay open until 1am, however the website and menu states "open now" until 3am. I began calling the store with the number listed on the website at 12:30 to see if they still deliver. I live 2.3 miles from the location, or if not if I could place and order and pick it up. No answer, called again, no answer, called a third time, still no answer. I would like to say for being in a college town having that type of unprofessionalism, or false information on the website has to be damaging for business. I would place an order online but I have no idea what time they close due conflicting info. Which is WHY I called the store to clarify. Absolutely horrible customer service, never have eaten there and now never will based off first impressions. I have 3 kids all about to be teenagers.... that's a lot of money Subway is going to keep...

The food is good 75% of the time, but they seem to have a hard time taking an order over the phone, and often get it wrong even when you spell it out for them in a manner a 3rd grader could understand! The management is obviously piss poor at this location, because the bread is sometimes hard as a rock, and they NEVER update their website to reflect the true hours of operation. I understand that when most of the students are gone they close earlier, but you would think that from a business standpoint they would know to change the hours online to make the public aware.. I love JJ's food as a whole, but this location is hit or miss, and they miss far more offten than is acceptable! I've eaten 1000's of Jimmy John's sandwiches. Started at the original in Charleston IL back in 84. Knew the owner. This location in Radford constantly overcooks their bread. This time it was so hard that I could barely eat a few bites. Was like eating a brick. Called the store and the manager said she wasn't the one that baked the bread but that she wasn't going to throw it away, so I guess customers get to deal with it.
