So I have had a chance to dig into the noodles, the taste the chicken, and finish off the broccoli and I must say, it is simply a delight! The chicken is flavorful, the broccoli is less flavored, and the noodles taste like they should. Initially I thought the broccoli being slightly undercooked and mostly flavorless was a bad thing, but after eating the chicken and the noodles, it is a well needed break from the other foods' rich flavors. The quality of the chicken is better than almost all other strip mall Chinese restaurants that I've been to. No plastic or rubbery flavor here! Overall, it tastes just how I remember, and this taste is what tipped the scales, bringing me into the world of Asian food in the first place, so China Wok continues to score highly in my book! It is unusual that a restaurant maintains the same level of food quality, especially after large economic crises, so come to China Wok by Wake Tech North Campus and get some good food!

I always get chicken wings with pork fried rice at Chinese restaurants but I got it here once and I'd give it a 5 out of 10. This time I got the hot and spicy chicken which on a scale of 1 to 10 on spicy it was a 2, tasted more like orange chicken which I hate. Their oil spicy sauce is self serve which is kinda unsanitary if you ask me. Last but not least they don't give fortune cookie here smh. Also I paid 18$ and change for the hot and spicy chicken bc she shorted me 2 bucks but that was my fault for not checking and just putting it in my pocket.

We are new to the area and looked up Chinese places near us, found this one and went for it due to a few good reviews. It was very disappointing. The customer service was terrible and unwelcoming. The food was very bland. I ordered general tso chicken combo with white rice and an egg roll. And vegetable lo mein. There were no vegetables in the lo mein, just dry noodles. The general tso chicken was super dry/tough and not spicy at all. More like sesame chicken. The eggroll was drenched in oil. Definitely will not be going back to this location

Quality has dropped since last ate there a year ago,The Processed General Tso's Chicken was like eating rock candy the past 2 times Ive been there,Egg roll very soggy inside and steamed dumplings just did not taste right..The Girl there stingy with giving out sauce packs on take out..I'm going to try out a different Chinese restaurant after this. 12/28/2015---- Well went back there again mainly because was in a hurry and hungry and they are close to me, So gave them the benefit of the doubt..So this will be my last time here..for one the steamed dumplings were like chewing on a gum tree..The shrimp lo mein had 4 pieces of shrimp which tasted old wasnt even a shrimp taste..Blah..Plus the noodles in that were also gummy..Just awful..I suppose these places are hit and miss ..but if your going to run one of these places to me it should taste fresh always not just once in a while..So the 3 of us in my family ended up throwing most of this in the garbage..So if you like the Russian roulette game feel free to gamble here..Oh and the one that is saying best Chinese around, apparently has no taste buds in...

They’re customer service SUCKS! Messed up my order. Realize you got the wrong food when you get home. Ordered shrimp with broccoli, got chicken and broccoli. Called and instead of fixing the correct food I ordered that she claimed she didn’t hear correctly, she wants to charge me the difference between the two meals. How do you confuse “chicken” and “shrimp”? Doesn’t sound similar at all. Instead of rushing me off the phone when placing my order, she should have listened carefully and ensured she got the order right. Food isn’t all that great either. Just convenient because it’s close. Waste of my $30 and my time. I hate I even spent my money there. They didn’t deserve the business. I will drive to anywhere in Wake County to get Chinese food before I go back here and...
