McDonald's — Restaurant in Raleigh

Horrible horrible experience I ordered a oatmeal chocolate milk and a half tea half lemonade they said they don't have lemonade here but yet Charlotte had it at their McDonald's what's the use of having a franchise if they don't have the same thing they're so if I order a Big Mac I can expect no Big Mac sauce I guess it's some of them some of them have it it's ridiculous and then when I got through the drive-through they handed me someone else's order a biscuit and then I hand it back to him I was like where's my chocolate milk and mighty they gave that to me and told me to pull up to number one I'm like how long does it take to make an oatmeal is instant you put it in there a hot water so I pulled her up and what six cars behind me get their food six cars so they had all the time to fix six cars worth of food and somebody couldn't take an instant pack of oatmeal and put into a little container but hot water and give it to me I should have not left the I actually got out of my car had to go inside to get my oatmeal after I counted six cars behind me that got...

After one of my daughter's softball games last spring, we decided to stop here to get dinner and that was a huge mistake. We got in one of the 2 drive thru lanes and waited and waited and waited as more and more cars stacked up behind us. The second drive thru lane was getting served and before long people were getting served before the others that arrived first in first lane. After about 10 more cars were served in the second lane the server finally asked us what we wanted. I told her that we had been here for sometime and others were being served before us that got here way later than we did. I ask why she was not rotating between the 2 lanes for orders. Apparently she didn't not like me saying that and went back to taking orders in the second lane and never came back to take orders in the first lane. We ended up leaving as did most of the customers in the same lane I was in as she refused to take orders in the first lane. Its also the last time I have gone here. Getting service here is iffy and if you do get service...

I go here more often than other McDonald’s because it’s very close to where I live, but literally (no exaggeration) every time I go here I know that there is a 100% chance that my order is not correct, or if I get the right order something else will be wrong like I’ll get a cheeseburger with two bottom buns or they won’t include the condiments that I requested. I don’t leave the window until I’ve checked everything carefully now. Customer service is also horrible. They’re not friendly (usually a “what would you like?” is the best I get) and when you bring an error to their attention they act like it’s a huge inconvenience. Also the staff are yelling and messing around with each other cursing. I don’t really mind cursing, even though it’s unprofessional, but when I have my kids with me, it is unacceptable. When I asked them to not curse because my kids were there they acted like they didn’t hear me. Also there was no toilet paper in either bathroom. I try to avoid this...
