If I could give this a "minus" star, I would. I asked the man at the counter if he knew how to make a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. He said, "Sure, of course I do." So I ordered a foot long. He asked what bread I wanted it on. I answered. He then asked me what kind of cheese. I complied with an answer. But again, I asked him if he knew how to make a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. Again he said yes. He then asked me if I wanted it toasted. I said "Of course after all the other stuff was it on." He then toasted and melted the cheese. Then he asked me what else I wanted on it. I said "You really don't know how to make a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, do you?" He again kind of arrogantly said "YES, I DO." Again he asked what else I wanted on the Sandwich. I said "then YOU should know what to put on a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich." He said not without your telling me what else you want on the Sandwich. I said then you don't know what to put on a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, right?" He ignored me. I said this is NOT a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. It is just a steak and cheese footlong. He said yeah, that's what you ordered. Even his young daughter at the cashier was shaking her head. I paid the $8 for the Sandwich and told him he did not know what a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich was and he should look it up. I was a fairly regular customer here. But I will NEVER set foot here again and will make sure my friends know also.
