If I could give this a "minus" star, I would. I asked the man at the counter if he knew how to make a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. He said, "Sure, of course I do." So I ordered a foot long. He asked what bread I wanted it on. I answered. He then asked me what kind of cheese. I complied with an answer. But again, I asked him if he knew how to make a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. Again he said yes. He then asked me if I wanted it toasted. I said "Of course after all the other stuff was it on." He then toasted and melted the cheese. Then he asked me what else I wanted on it. I said "You really don't know how to make a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, do you?" He again kind of arrogantly said "YES, I DO." Again he asked what else I wanted on the Sandwich. I said "then YOU should know what to put on a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich." He said not without your telling me what else you want on the Sandwich. I said then you don't know what to put on a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, right?" He ignored me. I said this is NOT a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. It is just a steak and cheese footlong. He said yeah, that's what you ordered. Even his young daughter at the cashier was shaking her head. I paid the $8 for the Sandwich and told him he did not know what a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich was and he should look it up. I was a fairly regular customer here. Horrible location don’t waste your time go else where! I’ve given this place a few tries and every time it gets worst! Won’t be returning. from being over charged and told they couldn’t do anything about it until the next day because the supervisor wasn’t there so to make it simple I told them to make the extra sandwich they charged me for. Every time I do online orders for pick up through their app there’s an issue. First I order a bottle drink and paid more for it and when I get there I’m handed a cup and told I could only get a fountain drink or I would have to pay more money to get a bottled drink but I already paid for a bottle drink in the app the worker refused to give me a bottle drink. I let that go then I get the wrong bread everytime. The sandwich is just not what I asked for at all from sauces and toppings. Then I don’t get the cookies I ordered and my foot long cookie is a total different cookie than what I asked for. Employees were very kind and polite. The store doesn’t accept coupons which is understandable as it’s up to the franchise owner to be a participant in the corporate coupon/programs. What really frustrates me is if you order a Bottle (not fountain) drink from the app, they will not honor it and instead give you a fountain drink. They claim that the app shows 2.09 for a bottle Coke while they charge 2.69 for a bottle Coke. Look, I don’t really care for 60 cents but if in the official subway app it shows one thing and you give something else, I’m going to be a little frustrated. Again, the employees were polite about the issue and it is not their fault.

There is another subway about a mile away on capital that I have not experienced these problems with.
