Profile Coffee Company — Restaurant in Ralpho Township

This is the closest coffee place when I’m here visiting my in-law and I was left disappointed. On the one day, an iced americano was ordered. Upon receiving the drink, it was warm, not cold. When I told this to the barista they added more ice/put it in another cup. It was STILL warm (not cold at all) and now watered down. The baristas there need to learn how to properly make an iced americano. It is upsetting to order an ICED (and a cold) drink and receive a warm one, especially with summer coming up. My second complaint is that when I ordered the avocado toast, I did not ask for eggs, but I received it with eggs. I told the waitress and she walked away for about 30 seconds, presumably having just picked the eggs off the toast. This is very unsanitary, considering there is a cross contamination between the egg and other food. While there wasn’t an allergen issue in my instance, if there was one, this could have become something worse. I am however vegan and the cross contamination really did not sit right with me. Having passed this coffe shop numerous times and not knowing it was there, this Tuesday I decided to stop. I walked in and noticed that the shop had a great atmosphere. They have wifi and tables inside to sit down and also outdoor seating. After you get your order you can sit inside in the wifi room or enjoy the outside seating. This is one of the main reasons that I gave Profile 4 stars. The second reason was their coffee. They advertise that they have bagels, so I asked if the bagels were fresh. The person waiting on me said yes they are fresh. I am one that if the bagels are fresh, there is no need to toast them. So I asked for mine not toasted with butter . I also ordered a small coffee which was great. When the person gave me my bagels wrapped in foil I could feel that it was cold. I didn't say word. Took my French toast butteted bagel out to my car, drove home I finally took a bite of the bagel, which was clearly refrigerated and not fresh at all. Great little coffee shop next to the intersection in Elysburg with Sheetz and Turkey Hill. Perfect place to stop on the way to Knoebels or if you are just passing through and want some amazing and smooth coffee, a quick snack, or breakfast.

I stopped here on my way to work for the first time and my only regret is not having done so sooner! I got a decaf white chocolate frappe and a breakfast bagel with a French toast bagel, American cheese, tomato, and spinach. All breakfast bagels come with eggs and your choice of cheese.

There are so many delicious options for coffee & espresso drinks (including decaf options!), matcha, horchata, pastries, (A LOT OF) macarons, superb breakfast bagel sandwiches, hummus or avocado toasts, and more!

I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is very friendly and helpful! They have a really awesome rewards program that uses qr codes to earn 'stamps'.
