Subway — Restaurant in Ramseur

I ordered a sandwich on my app from this location. I was on my way to pick up my order when my car starts overheating so I turned around and came back home. Not 5 mins after submitting my order. I called this location and a rude lady answered the phone with an aggressive tone. I paid no mind to this. I told her my situation and she says "OH MY GOD!" Forwards my message to everyone in the restaurant with a loud and sarcastic tone. She then comes back to me with a "there's nothing I can do to help you" answer... I know this lady I see her almost every time I go to this location. She is always unhelpful and rude, she is ill trained and does not know how to operate the mobile pay system, or the POS system, because of this, I exclusively order my food only to pick it up at the drive through window. She is an older woman so I try to give her the 'she just doesn't understand technology' excuse, despite her rudeness. Well, I asked her if I can speak to the manager and she too is rude and abrasive. I tried to get her to understand my situation, and she said they do not have the power to give refunds if the sub has already been made... I've worked in the food industry before and I can understand how difficult some customer can be, so I tried to be nice and understanding even though I was irritated with my car issues. In the end nothing got done. Despite all of the problems I have had at this location, this one tops it. This one experience alone will keep me from ever returning. It has ruined my appetite, and honestly my day. I just want a refund and my $2...

They made my sandwich good. Real good. Place is clean. They were very kind and explained all their options clearly. This Ramsuer location is the best around. Props to them for doing a great job consistently.

Not thrilled they (all subway) swapped out their coke drinks for Pepsi but it’s still good.

Edit 10/5/25: what a shame. Last two times this place has really gone downhill. The place is filthy and a mess. And this young girl they hired makes the experience God awful. I came in on a Thursday for a chicken and bacon ranch deal of the day and they wouldn’t hold off on the bacon (I can’t eat for religious reasons) it’s not like I was asking for more things, less. She told me she wouldn’t sell the sandwich unless she put bacon on it lol I passed and left. Next week I stopped in and asked for the Philly. The tire the bread open with her bare hands and it was in pieces. She looked at me flat and said what “do you want on it?” I asked for another loaf and she reluctantly grabbed another and literally every item was “is that all you want today?” Like she was trying to be done with me fast. I was the only one in the store.

I sung this locations praise for a while, telling anyone who wanted subway in town to go to this ramseur location but not anymore. Place is trash...

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this one . First off i parked and it looked like there was no lights on , I walked in turns out these lights were on! I looked around no one was there , I looked around the place there was two very old fans (not no football fans) like old fans , they were disgusting and dust all over them , the ceiling had brown stains all over it . Finally some guy ,he was very friendly and asked for my order , during my order some other girl who works there started talking about some party that she was throwing tonight at some collage thing and then she said “ I hope my house doesn’t get shot up because that’s what usually happens with my parties “ , and I was just thinking what in gods name was that and it made the guy take a solid fifteen minutes to do my order while she was babbling about some random crap .
