The whole system forcing customers to ‘pull-up’ to falsify drive thru times is way overdue to be resolved at this location. Fix your efficiency and quality issues and you fix the need to falsify wait times. Staffing is rarely the issue but the most often used excuse. When there are 3 working, and 4 team members standing around - it’s not a staffing issue, it’s a management and accountability issue. There have been several occasions when I’ve had to walk back in 10-25 minutes later after waiting at the curb or a parking spot to get my food that had clearly been sitting on their counter for several minutes but was forgotten about; or it was waiting for someone to have the motivation to deliver the food. Once they do deliver it, if there are food items missing then it’s another 4 minutes for the person to go back inside and later bring out sauces or entrees. This has been an issue for years here. There have been team members who have said ‘sorry my manager tells us we have to make you pull up’.. The specific incident today - I was the only car in line initially, but by the time they gave me my drinks another car and pulled to the ordering screen. She came back and asked me to pull away from the window, and they wouldn’t take the persons order at the screen until I drove off.. We waited two months before even trying them out, had to give enough time to work out the kinks.. This place has been cursed with bad management since day one. If super slow service and exceptionally bad leadership is what your looking for in your next visit them your in luck! Hurry on down to Ramseur Bojangles. If choosing the drive through make sure you have a full tank of gas, your going to need it. Our last visit just this past week, we waited 19 minutes for just 3 combo meals. Since we are in the COVID-ERA, the employee told us to pull up and park and that our order would just be 5 minutes. 19 minutes later I am pulling in a locked door awaiting anyone to refund our money. I was asked to pull forward and my order would be up in 5 min. Chicken had 3 min left to cook.. OKAY. 6 additional vehicles ended up being parked also.. AFTER 20 minuets WAITING - I go inside to get my order. They were currently completing an order that required 8 of same sandwich I ordered.. UMM - WELL NOW, HELLOOOOOO. I THINK I HAVE BEEN WAITING LONG ENOUGH FOR MY 3 min to complete... YOUNG FEMALE MANAGER GOT A VERY SNOTTY ATTITUDE WITH ME- REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY (because I refused needing a copy & didn’t get my debit card receipt) She said “THEY WILL BE READY IN A MINUTE!” - walked off and took 2 sandwiches from other order, stuck into a bag an said “sorry for your wait!!” Very cocky attitude...
