This Starbucks location has left me incredibly disappointed – a sentiment I express with utmost sincerity. Today's visit only solidified my belief that this is, without a doubt, the poorest Starbucks I've ever encountered. Despite being a returning customer who has frequented this branch a few times recently, my experience this morning was nothing short of disheartening.
Upon my arrival, I courteously held the door open for a middle-aged man who was approaching behind me. I then took my rightful place in the queue, never letting him ahead of me. Oddly, the same man chose to position himself on the opposite side, almost as if a secondary line existed (though there are no signs indicating whether the line started from the left or from the right). However, to my surprise, the employee behind the counter, who had a clear view of the entire situation, proceeded to serve him first. This decision was made despite my clear presence as the rightful first person in line, a fact that cannot be disputed by any reasonable standard. I left the premises without ordering anything.
I'm genuinely disappointed in the level of customer care and attention at this Starbucks. It is with no hesitation that I reiterate my stance that this is, unequivocally, the worst Starbucks experience I've ever encountered. Today, Sept. 19, around 9:00 am, I ordered thru apps and all my orders were ready to pick up the moment I entered the store, they ran out of cream cheese and no particular instructions on how to do it, I had to ask and the staff just told me “to the counter.” There was a line! So I ended up going out of the store.
Thankful there are tables outside but it was dirty-good thing we had wipes, alcohol etc to clean it up. The management should look into it-
I understand there were a lot of people when I came however, this shouldn’t change the way on how they treat the costumers.
Lastly, I had to go back inside the store to refund my cream cheese and refill my drink- the staff told me that I couldn’t refill my “ caramel macchiato “ to get passion tea-which I do all the time whenever I have the chance and all Starbucks locations would give this refill! She even reminded me that she’s giving me today but it shouldn’t be!! It’s ok but I hope that all the staff must share correct and accurate info to the costumers to avoid...

It used to be a cozy shop, but they decided to remove 75% of the indoor chairs, and those remaining chairs are all by huge windows that gives you no privacy. there are NO MORE ELECTRIC OUTLETS, so you can't just hang out for an afternoon and enjoy the atmosphere and do homework. They charge for water. DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR WATER. I don't know if this is a new Starbucks policy but i hate it. the new counter is massive now for no reason. The employees literally get more space than the customers. It used to be great, but I can't see myself coming here too...
