Today, I called the restaurant at 9:21AM PST to inquire for help on an order i needed to place for 6 orders of the Subway special combo for $6.99.The manager, Danielle, short Hispanic female told me I had to place the order online only. I again asked her if she could please me out and that order was for 11:30am. I told her that he location is a participating location and it doesn't state online only. In fact when I went on Friday, 11/15 around 12pm I told the guy once I was at checkout that price wasn't at the $6.99 combo and he said no problem and clicked on something on the screen and I got the $6.99 + tax price. She said I'm the manager and I get to make the decision. We hung up and I ordered online one order per transaction. Suddenly after 3 orders, it cut me off and no matter if I used any debit/credit card or signed in as a guest, it kept declining payment. Which i shouldn't have any issues with my debit or credit card funds. I even tried on PC vs mobile and nothing. I called Subway off Highland and Day Creek again and spoke to the same Female again. I begged her to please help me out because I was going to be late at that point I had already been struggling for over 1.5 hrs trying to place these orders and I was going to be late to work. She said there is no such button. I don't know what you're talking about. Let me call my manager to see there's anything we can do, but there's nothing that I can do she said. I said please just look at your screen. The other guy did it at your location on Friday and when I went to a different Subway, they were able to do it as well. She said we'll I'm the manager and he shouldn't of given you special. I said I'm not sure why you can't help me. I really need your help. We hung up and she called me back and said, no, we can't do it. I went in person and she didn't even have my order ready, which I had placed 3 sandwich combos. An hour and a half before and they weren't ready.She said that she didn't put condiments together because she wasn't sure if I was still going to want the sandwiches. She refused to give me a receipt and said to go on my email but had me sign the other receipts, which I didn't even look at. Again, in person, I showed her on the subway website and app that it does not say online only at all and she said, well, I try helping you, which it's very, very evident. She never tried to help me because she refused to give me the special that Subway is offering. By the way, for being a participating Subway, they don't have the special up on the window, like all the other subways that are participating do. This is not the first time this location refuses to give the special that is offered by Subway. I took the 3 sandwiches, combos. WORST...
Read moreJust always so disappointed at this location! We always get sandwiches from this branch since it’s the closest to our home, and I try to be very patient because of the pandemic, however I told my daughter to no longer get anything at this branch.
She is very quiet and just a teenager, so she won’t complain and just accepts what they do! But, I’m so done with them.
The sandwich is for my younger son, who is a picky eater, but loves to eat Subway sandwiches, so even though I cook at home a lot, I choose to buy Subway food for him.
This branch won’t smile or greet you, no matter if it’s a busy day or a quiet day. Today, I ignored it because this is the norm for them. However, the lettuce in my kiddos’ sandwiches was yellow, and my daughter asked for the server to cut the sand which and it was not cut.
To Subway management, please observe for better service quality and serve fresher veggies for consumption. Appreciate it if you guys take this comment...
Read moreI don’t visit Subway often, but when I do, I usually have no complaints. This particular location seemed nice, and the food was good. However, while we were sitting down enjoying our meal, we noticed a house roach on the wall. I had to kill it before it came toward us. I showed the employee the roach, and she simply picked it up with a napkin and threw it away.
If there’s a roach visible while customers are dining, it likely means there are more around. Unfortunately, that’s a dealbreaker for me—once I see something like that, it’s the last time I’ll visit...
