I approached the counter to order an iced coffee, and from the start, the barista, Savannah, treated me with noticeable rudeness. When I spoke, she immediately corrected my accent with a disapproving look, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. I then asked to add a few items, like creamer, and instead of simply responding, she abruptly told me there would be an additional charge â even though I hadnât asked whether it was free or not. Her tone was unnecessarily harsh throughout the entire interaction.
Finally, when I asked for the Trenta size, she told me they didnât have enough coffee for that size â something that couldâve easily been resolved by brewing more coffee, especially at a store like Starbucks where fresh coffee is expected.
The level of indifference and unwillingness to assist was so discouraging that I ultimately decided to cancel my order and walk away. I left the store feeling extremely disappointed, humiliated, and frankly shocked by such poor service.

When I got there my drink was not ready, I asked the barista working there Henry where my order was and if it was being made. He had told me he was not going to make my order because I'm giving him an attitude? Waited another 10 minutes and finally the Ralph's manager came and another very nice lady had come and made my drink and food and I was out of there. The funny thing is I was waiting for my order and he made the drink for someone in line who came 20 minutes after me. How is this possible? If you come here, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes if a guy name Henry is making your drinks. This was the worst experience ever going to Starbucks, I go at least 4-5 times a week. On the app, Starbucks locations can edit the availability of their items and this starbucks did not. Marissa was the only girl that was working and her attitude was absolutely atrocious. She told us they were out of white mocha and we asked how we could get our money back and she just said go through the app. The worst attitude I have seen from a Starbucks worker, walking away from us, shrugging her shoulders, and did not try and help us at all. Finally we went to the manager of the Ralphâs and she said Marissaâs boss was out for the day. She called him and he said they actually did have it, she just didnât look for it. The manager told her to go to the back and look for it. We waited there for a total of 30 minutes for 2 drinks.
