I'll lead with the goods; 24hrs and late night dine-in, breakfast all-day... Thx Jack you're a bro. So if you come back into town and need something to line your gut because you've been bad, this place is OPEN. Management has been really nice here, very professional. I get the bargain menu 2 tacos and a small drink. They upgraded to a Coke product multi-choice machine. Vanilla-cherry Coke, mmmm... Lots of flavors to choose from. This place is cheaper to kick back than Starbucks. Quieter now too, they used to play piped in music a little on the loud side. They turned it down if you asked. Only gripe is the AC can be a bit on the cold side and I'm a polar bear, love to be cold. Oh, they up sell a bit on combos, so already expensive is even slightly more expensive. I just order small size if I get a combo. With combo be ready for the straight or curly fries question too. I think curly fries are another up sell. Had WiFi to leech even, I think?? Food is decent during the day, and mediocre during night shifts. Service is absolutely atrocious! Last time I went through the drive thru, I was told they couldn't bag my burger. They gave it to me in a box. The guy ended up bagging it when I asked him why they couldn't bag it. But after he closed the window as I was about to drive off, he essentially told me to F off in Spanish. Being fluent, I understood his loud swearing just fine. Had I not been tired from a long day at work, and from waiting over 10 minutes in line, I would have stopped to have a frank discussion with him. This vulgarness was absolutely uncalled for in this situation. It made no sense. My passenger and I were cordial to the guy the whole time, not rude, loud or anything. From what I could tell, asking for a bag set the guy off. For how today's society is, this guy is bound to yell at the wrong person. This is by far the worst location in South OC. On March 12th around 9pm maybe close to 10pm stopped by and went through the drive thru. Ordered Oreo Shake and mini churros. I pull up to the window in time to watch the employee make my shake. While he was mixing it some got on his hand. When he was finished mixing it he wipes his hand with a napkin then with the same napkin wipes the rim of the cup that has my milkshake in it. When he came up to the window I told him " You wiped your hands with the napkin then you wipe the rim of my cup. What's up with that?" I also added at the end. The employee then looked at me with a upset/bothered look but knew he couldn't B.S. his way out of it. He then asked, "Would you like me to make you another one?" I said, "YES." So then he made me another one. Point is be aware of the people who are making your food and hold them accountable especially when you catch them...
