Changed our tip amount to a higher tip! SHADY! ... I don't even know where to begin! We went to this establishment last week and ordered two sandwiches (they were awful, soggy bread and soggy fries) but, that isn't even the worst part! My husband left a small tip on the TO-GO order and someone who works there CHANGED HIS TIP TO A HIGHER AMOUNT (from $2 to $9 dollars, order total was $38 dollars + $2 tip should have been $40 but posted to our bank at $47 dollars)! We checked our bank online today and I was in SHOCK! We try this place for the first time and not only is the food really awful but they steal from us! I can't believe it! My husband went there this morning to speak to the owner and whoever was working at the counter just refunded us our entire check back! Totally shady! They knew what they did was wrong and that is why they refunded us our entire check back!?? The second my husband said he wanted the owners phone number and to see the original receipt on their side, they refunded him ASAP) They didn't think my husband would come back and question this! Well, HE DID!!!! If you eat here, make sure to check your bank/credit card statements if paying with card! And KEEP YOUR RECEIPT! I can't believe they did this to us! We will NEVER BE BACK! I ordered a chicken Parmesan sandwich and it said it was going to have mozzarella cheese instead it was just a sandwich with fried chicken (less chicken and more batter 2/3 ratio) ONLY red spaghetti sauce NO CHEESE AT ALL.. I did not even want to say anything, because I knew how long it would take to get it right. It cost $13 and it was definitely not worth that much

when we went to pay the bill, we had to go up to the counter because we waited for over 15 minutes at the table and no one will take the card that was sitting out.

Everyone looked like they were on your lunch break at 2 PM.

They literally came around and changed out the catchup and other condiments on our table and did more work like that than they did serving us while we were patrons

I feel like they need some additional training They seemed nice, but nice only gets you so far when you’re paying a lot of money for a regular chicken sandwich, yet on the menu, it says that it will have mozzarella cheese on it

worst place i’ve been to in a while. i came here with my husband back in september and had a wonderful meal then recently came here again early december. not only were the staff at the cashier were rude and barely spoke to us but the girl who was doing the seating arrangement was even worse i asked her how long it would take to get a seat and she scowled at me and talked down as if i was beneath her. it took over an hour for our food and it came cold and in trays when we said we were eating in. Even other customers kept asking us when we were gonna get a seat and even offered us to sit with them and agreed that the young girl was extremely rude to them too ! would not be coming back again and will be sure to tell my relatives and co workers to not...
