SAME SOUP .... HOT AS HELL AND TASTES LIKE ASS !!

SHRIMP IN EVERY MEAL WERE COOKED TO SHIT !! COOKS !!!!!! LIQUID BOILS !!!! DROP IN THE SHRIMP !!!! 3 !!! .... THREE DAMN MINUTES !!!!! NOT A SECOND LONGER !!! COLD BATH AND GOD DAMN EVERYONE CAN CHEW THE FREAKING SHRIMP !!!! 🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨🤨

Oh my goodness , how do i even BEGIN to tell you all how unique and incredible this place is ?!?

We went in for a quick drink and maybe a bite . That is where the "normal" ends .

First of all , the drinks are NOT the usual 'mexican restaurant' choices . They are unique , fresh and strong . Now the FOOD ! I am not ever impresswd or surprised with mexican fare . It is ALWAYS a brown mess of rice , beans , whatever the hell thrown together , and it never matters what you get it all tastes the same ...like a MESS . Big surprise for you , THE COYOTE HAS XLEAN , SPECIFIC , DELICIOUS TASTES TO EVERY MEAL ! We sat at the bar , not really expecting much different . Fernando walked up and with a genuine welcoming smile made us feel like he was truly happy to see us . We got frozen margaritas from the machines , which were surprisingly fresh tasting and strong .

THEN ...oh my gosh , then everything we knew about a mexican bar and grill changed !

The soup , the seafood soup , is to freaking DIE for ! I promise you , you will NEVER taste anything that delicious anywhere ! The guacamole is so fresh , and not 'kill your mouth' ! The coconut shrimp is cooked PERFECTLY ! when was the last time you ordered shrimp that you could chew ??? I swear to you , every single thing we ordered was fresh , CLEAN , cooked to perfection , and brought with an honest smile !

We are going back tomorrow . I wish i could order a whole POT of that soup !

Our daughter chose Coyotes for her 7th birthday dinner :) We took the whole family (13 total) this past week. I had called ahead, since our party was larger than average, and I realized I had mistakenly called a few minutes before they were open... So I hung up, intending on calling back after they opened. A few minutes later, my phone rang- The wonderful gentleman was returning my call to see what I needed. I actually appreciated that so very much! The service was PHENOMENAL!
