Seriously had the worst experience I've ever had in a Subway. I believe the employee's name was Anthony, but anyways he did nothing but give me an attitude while placing my order. And he wasn't shy about showing his attitude problem. We went in around 8:30pm on Monday, January 9, 2017 and one employee was cleaning the lobby and the other saw us and began slapping the boards the sandwiches are made on onto the table. When we got to the counter and placed our orders he continuously told us that one of the sandwiches does not exist when it clearly does. It was a Subway Melt, we even pointed it out on the menu for him. He then told us he didn't know what that was. How do you work at a sandwich place and tell a customer he doesn't know how to make a sandwich. Then after we got past the Melt situation he contiously gave attitude and tossed everything around on the sandwiches. Then we asked about a deal that was going on a little while before we went and we weren't sure if it was still going on. It was the buy 3 sub's get one free deal. We asked him when we first ordered our sub's and he never clearly answered us. When we got to the register we asked the girl about the deal and while he was making another customer's sandwich that was in line behind us, he says that deals not here anymore and I already told you with a very rude tone. It was a simple "We don't have it anymore" which would of prevented his last words spoken to us. They are lucky that we are decent enough people to of not made a scene about it. We easliy could of told him were weren't paying for sandwiches and to have fun telling his boss why they have 4 sub's wasted. NEVER eating here again until his position is terminated. What ever happened to the famous qoute "The customers always right." Its a situation I will not forget and if I do end up eating there again and he's there, I definitely will say...

This last time I ordered, I accidentally ordered two of the same sandwich online and when I called the lady rudely yelled that I was speaking too fast and needed to hold on, then she quickly said sorry now go ahead. Then I told her the issue and her response was “well I’m sorry but it’s already paid for and ordered. I suppose I could void it out but..” and I said never mind I’ll just take the extra sub because she was just being so rude I didn’t want to further the conversation. On top of that they failed to cancel our DoorDash order when they closed so we were just in a limbo for a while…other experiences I’ve had with this one…let’s just say if you’re going to get subway, go to Hartville!!! It’s not that much farther away, they have a drive thru, a public restroom and have never gave us the wrong stuff or were ever rude to us.
