McDonald's — Restaurant in Randolph

I can NOT recommend enough to not go to this specific location. I went to grab a quick meal after work and dear god it was a horrible experience. It took awhile to come out which I understood. Things take time. But then it turns out they weren't even waiting on food to cook or serving anyone, my bag was just on the counter getting cold.

But thats not the worst of it. I asked for something simple. Light ketchup, light onions. I can only have very little of both before I get sick. I explained this when I ordered so they knew how important this was. My order had extra ketchup, extra onions (but what i stated was printed on the label). I didn't even realize until I was already home and digging in cause I was hungry. A few bites in and I immediately got sick to my stomach because they blatantly ignored my dietary restriction. I dont care that they're mainly teens working, they should have an understanding of what dietary restrictions are and why it's dangerous to ignore them. Teen or not, stay out of food service if you can't grasp that...

I actually cannot believe what I witnessed here. It was evening time, around 630pm or so. The floor manager was irate at something. She was yelling & screaming, cursing, and throwing things around. I was a gast when I saw her verbally rip off the head of the young teen employee who only asked to go use the restroom. This was unbelievable. She also was throwing food around, slamming ready to go items into their paper " to go " bags and screaming at other employees.i actually looked all around me to see if anyone else was witnessing the same horror I was. This shift manager was openly verbally abusive to a to go line customer that I witnessed, and all this because it was THEIR own processing mistake, not the customer. They slammed the food items they had to remake into a bag, and the shift manager snatched it up and slung it to the to go register. I honestly couldn't believe what...

Stopped this morning with my husband and kids for breakfast. We checked signage on the door before entering to confirm we could enter and order inside, which we could, but we missed that the dining area was not open until lunch. This was an honest mistake - there is a ton of signage on the doors at this time. Instead of politely telling us this like any decent person would do, an older woman working there whose name I did not catch rudely told me the dining area was closed. I apologized and said we didn't see it on the door. As I'm packing us up to leave (we had already layed out the kid's meals so this took a few minutes), she approaches my children and I and rudely states that "it's on all the doors and I needed to leave". She then went to the back before I could get her name for a review, I just hope she was back there taking some customer service lessons and learning how...
