Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Rapid City

Ordered at 11:58 am begun taking the order, the kids have made this a must do when we order. I called at 12:24 to have them send plates the gentleman that answered, no name given, stated the order was done and going out he would make sure plates are sent with. Super nice. However, I received notice our order left dominos at 12:57. I pulled up the distance on good map so I nee roughly how much time I had to get kids settled, 8 minutes. That's it. From our house the store is 8 minutes away. It's now 1:22 and the driver JUST pulled up. I'm so confused about why and how it 15 minutes to get here. Pizza is over cooked. An far from fresh. Cold enough the 10 month old is holding and eating it without any problems! I order a chicken bread bowl for myself. The bread is dry, noodles are overly cooked. Crunchy. Chicken is cold. We ordered 2 pizzas, pasta, and parmesan bites with baked cheese sauce. The order arrived on time and everything was right except one pizza was missing one topping and the parmesan bites were not there. I looked at receipt and there was no parmesan bites on it, just the dip. The coupon I used was for both parm bites and dipping cheese sauce. I called Dominos and they didn't blame me or anything like that. Offered to send more bites and than I told them about my pizza missing a topping, and they agreed to send both within 15 minutes. They are busy because of graduation and they only have 4 drivers and they are killing it! I appreciate the hard work at Dominos Pizza Bendt Dr. in Rapid City. Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 12:30pm, was told it would take an hour. An hour and 30 minutes later, I called to find out out went wrong. The driver couldn’t make it to the house. Says he tried to call, and left a message.. no message on my phone. He said he could remake it, so I said I’d drive into get it. I get there, no pizza!!! He misunderstood, and it would take another 15 minutes!!!! Credited $33 and then charged me $16!!! Unbelievable!!! Definitely NOT my best pizza experience!!! We usually buy Pizza Hut!!
