Bojangles — Restaurant in Ravenel

This has to be one of the worst Bojangles experiences I’ve ever had. It is located inside a gas station, but it is a new building so it shouldn’t be a dump. The restaurant is absolutely filthy, from the floors to the tables and chairs. I’m not even sure how the chairs can even get so dirty and black being inside. Nothing has been cleaned maybe ever, everything is greasy, and there is trash and food crumbs everywhere. I had to wipe down the booth seats and the table before we could even sit down to eat, and the napkin I used was black when I got done lightly wiping. I got a breast/wing combo which tasted like it was fried a week ago in old grease. It was so dry and old. The fries were limp and had no seasoning on them. The extra side of coleslaw I got was not even full and looked old as well. I didn’t even waste my time complaining because the employees were not friendly and clearly did not care at all anyways. Two employees sat at a table near us on their phones the whole time we ate (which was at 12:30 lunch rush) and were still there when we left. I ordered thru the drive thru, ordered the family meal clearly stated on the menu for $51.99. We drove up and she stated it would be $65.68. We paid, waiting to see the receipt for why it was so high.. In the meantime, we were handed our order and then the receipt.. We drove up a little to look at the receipt to see why it was so much.. I looked and they had charged us $59.99 for the meal.. I rode around to the drive thru to see if I was wrong on the price, and no I wasn't wrong.. so, I had taken a picture and walked into the restaurant and showed them the price on their menu and the Manager (Joy) said, all she does is press the button on the register and what shows up as the price is the price.. I said even tho your menu says $51.99.. she said yes.. I said I'll go get the order out of the car and you can have it back.. I told her this was a switch and bait scam.. I went to my car to get the order to give it back cause I wanted a refund... I wasn't going to be scammed by them.. I will never...

The bo berry biscuits are very delicious, but I watched the server take the chicken tongs and put the bo berry biscuits in the box. I also saw her use her ungloved hands to get the paper and push is down in the box before placing the biscuits in. Saw another employee using her shirt as oven mits to take out something from the oven and put something else in. There were fries on the floor behind the counter as well as in front of the counter. I realized after 10 minutes that they were waiting for bo berry biscuits to bake for my order, but no one communicated that. They were serving people that ordered after us. There were several Bojangles take away bafs of the floor which I thought would be a tripping/slipping hazard. There were no kids for small cups or forks out. I was displeased to say the least.
