If I could give 0 stars and still leave a review I would. This store literally does anything and everything they want they are completely lazy. They close the store early almost everyday. I have ordered from them 3 times and the close the store down before the hours posted and leave the online orders open they take your money refuse you your food and your money back they are rude and give you no answer on how to help you this has happened endless...

Over the past 6 years that I've lived in Louisville I've watched this Subway go through some big changes. My first couple years here this was the worst subway I've ever been to. I came to this location for lunch. The team is very friendly and fair. they weigh the meat so they’re putting the right amount on each sandwich. This location is very clean. I felt very comfortable here. The other Subway across town needs your help. They are rude, disrespectful and treat customers awful not to mention very dirty . Managers & staff keep up...
