Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Raymond

The Raymond MS Sonic very rarely prepares our order correctly. You can see how neither order is correct. No lettuce on one, no tomato on the other. This happens often.

I have also ordered the steak sandwiches through the sonic app before. I always arrive before the order has been prepared, so I can ask to add pickles on both sandwiches because the app doesn’t give an “add pickles” option for steak sandwiches. One of my visits I was told I had to pay extra for the pickles. So I responded that I had never been charged to add pickles. I was told again there would be a charge. So I mentioned that I’d like to get a discount for the tomato and lettuce I asked not to be put on the sandwiches, or we could just make a trade for the pickles.

I have a long lists of issues that have taken place, but I don’t have the time or patience to text out the entire “book”.

I certainly hope things get better. But, for things to improve, you have to know that there are problems.

Hubs and I just moved to the area a couple months ago, and we’ve been giving this Sonic a few visits. It’s been great using the mobile app and so far all of our orders have been correct. Well, tonight, we decided to get some late night shakes. Since we wanted to pay with cash tonight, we couldn’t use the mobile app… okay whatever. When we arrive and start to place our order, I am almost immediately am told “hold on! Hold on! Hold on!” As a previous fast food worker myself, I always try to speak clearly and not too quickly. This guy has me repeat my order multiple times and STILL gets it wrong when he brings it out. The whipped cream on top was barely there, and when I double checked my receipt, I was charged for extra whipped cream. Smh. This is pitiful. Train your employees properly. Or don’t let them take and make orders when they show...

So it's happy hour I'm hungry might as well stop by Sonic grab my cell phone Route 44 cherry limeade which I absolutely love and a Coney dog. The Coney Dog was as usual the hot dogs are a little rubbery but they're edible it feels a void. However I ordered my Route 44 cherry limeade that automatically comes selected with maraschino cherries to have no ice. You can call me cheap you can call me Thrifty you can call me whatever you want but I hate paying for ice and drinks. As you can see on the receipt it says no ice but as you can see in the picture of the cup it came filled to the brim with ice. Obviously the ice is not all the way to the top of the cup because they made the drink some of it melted but the cup was full of ice they didn't even reduce the...
