I placed an order on the mobile app a caramel frappe with two extra caramel and a shot of espresso while waiting in drive thru for my order there was a vehicle in front of me which was there for three minutes and once I had arrived to the second window to get my order the cashier ask for me to park, I asked why would i need to park an caramel frappe and the young lady at the window was rude and said they had to change the caramel for the machine which was kinda weird because I’ve never heard of any restaurant nor coffee having to add caramel to a machine . Okay so I pulled up and went inside the store to the counter not saying anything to the cashier and she took off running around as if she was looking for someone well she goes and get the manager which I didn’t request to speak too, when the manager walked up so was very rude and I explained to her is that I place a mobile order for a caramel frappe and I sat waiting for 3 minutes in a drive thru and the person before me wasn’t told to park and I wasn’t understanding why I had to park when I provided details at the first window to get my receipt, so everyone that their was an order for a frappe so if the machine needed more caramel that could’ve been done. The manager then proceeded to get rude again saying this is an ongoing problem with my frappe which it is when I’m paying for extra caramel and I never receive what I paying extra for but this had nothing to do with my order and she gets an attitude and state you can cancel your order on the mobile app and I asked her to show me where I can get a refund from the mobile app and the manager couldn’t find the info to do so which means that she is not knowable of a system that they operate in their establishment which is not good at all. All asked was for my frappe I paid for nothing else. This establishment has very poor customer service from the manager to the crew of employees. I have had enough with this establishment and it gets no where and this definitely needs to be fixed and if I don’t get a response back about this issue. Read moreOrder a meal from the App. We went through the drive thru and gave out the Mobile Order code. The cashier stated she had our order and told us to proceed to her window. The cashier met us at the window and confirmed our order by name. We then went to the second window to pick up the order and the female "Crew Member" said she didn't have our order.
We showed her the phone order which had the date, time, paid record and correct location. The crew member (who refused to give her name) said she could not provide us our paid meal because it was not in the system. I said the girl at the window before confirmed our order.
This crew girl had the most rude attitude and said she would not give us our order. Another girl came over and she would not help.
The on duty manager Lucas came over and took the order and only provided a portion of the order staying they could not give the ice cream because the machine was being cleaned. The manager refused to give the name of the rude crew member but gave his name and the name of the general manager.
We won't be going back and will be making a formal complaint with the McDonald's Cooperation. Worst service experience I have ever encountered. Paid for a meal and not get what was paid for and made to feel it...

So today I asked for jalapenos on my double quarter pounder. It was 50 cents and as I was paying I laughed about its 50 cents and I bet only three comes on it.. I was correct. 16.6 cents a slice. I noticed one was a little different it's because it was the end of the pepper where the stem is and it should have been thrown away.. so end up being 25 cent slices.. The end cap cut was facing straight up so they seen it and not gave two f's that day.. Don't get me wrong I'm not just complaining to complain. It cost me money. 🤣
