Little Italy IV — Restaurant in Reading Township

The chicken cheesesteak was dry. She didn't even finish half of it and the rest went into the garbage, 1 star. My lasagna appeared to be two lasagna noodles with hamburger, unflavored tomato sauce, and some melted cheese on the top, 1 star. The "caesar" salad was romaine lettuce with parmesan cheese sprinkles and a container of what tasted like Italian dressing, 1 star. The wings were the best part but were overcooked, 4 stars.

I told them twice that their website no longer works and there is no menu to reference. The girl at the counter said that the owner doesn't care. She then proceeded to berate him and called him lazy while speaking to another female in the back. Apathy from management trickles down to the employees and that is a red flag to me when someone is preparing my food. The nail in the coffin for this place was when the cook made a racist joke about white people in Spanish, assuming that I could not speak the language. I will not order from Little Italy again which sucks because I liked their pizza...

This place is terrible. Last time I went in I got 2 subs and my card declined ( it was locked) and I tried to communicate with the guy that it had declined and he repeatedly told me to go because they’re were people behind me. So after standing there for 3 minutes and him keep telling me to leave I left. My sister went in tonight and she paid for her sub and then they MADE her pay for the subs from last time. (As if that was her fault) made her use her the 20$ she was gonna use for diapers😭 next time get staff who listens and can understand people. I tried to pay when I was there and he was not...

Stopped Saturday night a little over an hour before closing on our way home from Lancaster. The chairs were up and a girl was washing the floor. My daughter asked if they were open. She chuckled, gave no response, and went back to a guy who was bagging food behind the counter. We have ate here many times coming back from Lancaster but after Saturday night we're not going back. We went to another pizza shop on the way home and decided this will be the shop we stop at from now on because the restaurant was clean, the pizza was very good, and the wait staff was friendly...
